MOMENTUM CIRCUITS ARE THE BEST IN TOWN:

ONE HOUR CLASS COMBINES STRENGTH, CARDIOVASCULAR CONDITIONING, AGILITY EXERCISES, BALANCE TRAINING, STRENGTH, CORE AND FLEXIBILITY INTO A HIGH INTENSITY ONE HOUR CIRCUIT CLASS. EXCELLENT CROSS-TRAINING FOR CYCLISTS, RUNNERS AND TRIATHLETES! EXCELLENT PREVENTIVE CARE AND STRENGTH TRAINING FOR THE BODY.

CYCLING: 40-50 min. of cycling followed by 10-15 min. of CORE strengthening. Super sweat and ideal for those looking to get some early legs on for outdoor cycling! $12 per class. $48 for the month. 10 bikes available!
