Combines cardiovascular conditioning with strength work, agility training, balance work, CORE and flexibility into a 15 station circuit. Like our popular Ski Conditioning without the plyometrics.


Cycle Strength
Monday & Wednesday
12:00 - 1:00pm
Per Session- $12**

40 min. of indoor cycling followed by 20 min. of CORE and Strength. Great for Winter maintenance. Monthly pre-payment required to hold your spot.


Power Circuit
Wednesday

8 Week Session- $120


Be prepared to work hard! CLass format is designed to build anaerobic power and strength for your lunges and muscles. Class structure will vary. Must be in good physical condition with no injuries to participate. Take your fitness to the next level!

Focus: Intervals, hills, and cadence training exercises.


Triathlon Training
February 2nd- April
Monday, Wednesday, Friday

No Class 2/16, 3/30, or 4/03


Swim, bike, and run your way to a Spring or Summer tri. This class will prepare you for the Griz Triathlon in late April. However, you might have another triathlon on mind. Learn how to train properly, fuel your body, transition fast, and participate in structured workouts that will get you into excellent shape. Class begins Feb. 2nd and runs through the last week of April. Class includes a workout journal, t-shirt, and training schedule as well as 3 workouts per week. Maximum of 10 participants. Must have a road bike and be able to swim 1 lap of a 25 yard pool.
